Born in Rome on August 2, 1986, she graduated in Law at the University Roma Tre in Rome in 2010, with a thesis on “Responsibility as management and coordination of companies“.

She is fluent in English* and Spanish.

Since 2013 she has been enrolled as a non-operating Abogado at the Colegio de Abogados in Madrid, Spain, following the achievement, in 2011, of the title of “Licenziada en Derecho” at the Universidad Santa Teresa de Jesus in Avila, Spain.

In 2016 she obtained the 2nd level University Master in “Legal Advisor and Human Resources Management“ at the University L.U.I.S.S. Guido Carli in  Rome, thus specializing in organization and management of human resources.

From 2015 to 2020 she has been Deputy Head of the Legal Department operating in the Insurance field.

Specifically assigned to the Human Resources function, managing every aspect of the relationship with employees (with a specific knowledge of corporate welfare, comp&ben, recruiting, performance evaluation, organization and planning of employee training) and relations with the Supervisory Authorities of the sector and with external consultants, she also worked as first support of the Head of Legal Department in managing Claims & Collection, participating the claims handling activities throughout the pre-litigation phase of the enforcement of surety policies in the context of public procurement pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, acquiring experience in the management of relations with the claims offices of the principal Insurance Companies and their Lawyers, relation with independent Authorities (i.e. ANAC) and IVASS, providing specific support to the Company’s Management in the exchange of information and in the maintenance of relationships.
